We were approached by the marketing consultant for Croydon-based fit-out contractor ITC Concepts to help them overhaul their brand identity.
We quickly got into learning about their business, running workshops with their employees, and speaking to their clients and stakeholders. It was clear that they do high-quality work and are highly respected by those they work with, but they just weren’t talking about it.
We worked with the team at ITC as they embarked on a number of changes for growing the business. We created a brand identity that reflects the great work they do and evolves the brand rather than starting from the ground-up.
We delivered the brand identity, guideline, tone of voice guide, and templates that empowered their in-house team to deliver the brand. We ran internal culture programmes to help them break-down the barriers around their modesty and start talking about the great work they deliver.
